1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and subscription cancellations are handled for CardPeek's paid Collector subscription tier.
By starting a trial or purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy.
2. 7-Day Free Trial
New Collector subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Your card is required at signup but you will not be charged until the trial ends.
Trial eligibility:
- The free trial is available to new Collector subscribers only
- Each account is eligible for one free trial, ever. If you cancel during or after your trial and later re-subscribe, you will not receive another free trial regardless of whether you used the full 7 days
- If you cancel before the trial ends, your access ends immediately and you will not be charged
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged $9.99 and your monthly subscription will begin
3. No Refunds After Trial Converts to Paid
Once your trial converts to a paid subscription, no refunds will be issued.
However:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
4. Renewals Are Non-Refundable
All subscription renewals are final and non-refundable. This applies to:
- Monthly renewals
- Re-subscriptions after cancellation
- Plan changes, upgrades, or downgrades
5. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or billing settings.
- If canceled before the trial ends, no charge is made and access ends immediately
- If canceled after the trial converts to paid, no refund is issued but access continues until the end of the current billing period
6. Refund Processing
In cases where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
- Most refunds are completed within 5 to 10 business days
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, please contact us first at cardpeekapp@gmail.com
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account
- Loss of access to the service
8. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to deny trial access or refunds in cases of:
- Creating multiple accounts to access additional free trials
- Excessive or suspicious subscription and cancellation behavior
- Violations of our Terms of Service
9. Legal Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds may be granted where required by law.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time.
- Changes will be posted with an updated Effective Date
- Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy
